Tonight at midnight we start this year’s wellness challenge. It’s not a fitness challenge. It’s a habit-building challenge. Deliberately intend to build the habit of wellness – in whatever wellness area(s) you like.
What should I do?
- Register (and get your friends and family to join you)
- Spend the month of February working regularly on a wellness activity regularly
- Talk it up among your friends
- Learn about Parkinson’s Disease
- Support Parkinson’s research
